Please read our postponement and cancellation policy

By booking a training and support package, you are committing to the full package. We do not provide refunds or credit for mid-year cancellation, unused components or unwatched content.

Leadership regional training day 1: if you cancel your place within three days of the event, we charge 50% of the place.

Training day: if the training day is postponed or cancelled within four weeks of the event, we charge 50% of the cost of the day to rebook.

Development day: if the development day is postponed or cancelled within two weeks of the event, we charge 50% of the cost of the day to rebook.

Remote progress meeting: if the remote progress meeting is postponed or cancelled within two weeks of the event, schools are unable to rebook.

If additional costs have been incurred (pre-booked travel and accommodation) we reserve the right to invoice for any amounts that cannot be reclaimed.
